Our mission is to provide information and host tasting events for those
diagnosed with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. The heart of the
information sessions will explain what gluten is, where it is found,
how it affects the body in sensitive individuals and give some
practical strategies for cooking substitutions, label reading and
eating out. In addition, we will offer a rotating list of topics that
we explore in-depth as it relates to Celiac disease/ gluten
sensitivity. Such topics include back-to-school survival, holiday
eating, multiple food sensitivities, hormonal balance, and successful
meal planning for busy people.
